Every project is different and requires different tools to develop; the price of a project depends on many different variables, like the product itself, the type and number of images, and the execution time, among others. We always encourage our Pals to reach out to us and customize their order.

We divide the payment into two halves. The first one is made when you have accepted the outline and quote, we sent you for your project after you have filled the Quote & Start form; the second one is made once the images are completely of your liking. After that, we’ll send you a link to download them.

The final images of your projects will be completely done once you’ve checked them and you are happy with them; once that is done, and the final payment is received, we’ll send you a link for you to download your listing.

Every product that is sent to the studio for photography or video will be returned to the client as long as they have previously provided a return label; if the clients don’t ask for their products back within a month after the project’s finished, or don’t give any specific instructions for future projects, they will be donated to Good Will.

IDR Studio’s main goal is to create images that respond to each client’s needs, which is why it is so important for us to have every detail of the project narrowed down to avoid spending a lot of time in revisions; to make sure this doesn’t happen through out your project it is necessary that you provide clear answers to every question in the Quote & Start form. If there are any small changes to make, we’ll be down to do them to deliver your dreamed images.
